I'd apologize, but I'm not all that sorry. See a crucial part of growing a business organically is living within the constant ebb and flow of productivity. Organic growth is a long game, no bones about it. I spend a great deal of time reassuring clients that, just because they've missed a checkpoint or a goal, their progress is not wholly lost. I'm reminding myself (and, by extension, you) of the same. In case you haven't checked it out yet, the screen time blog series is available on Blogfyre, even if it's not an eBook yet.
